  • 1 initial consultation + 2 follow-ups (or 3 follow-ups if you already completed your initial consultation)
  • Practical tools and resources to help you get started
  • Clear, personalized action plan to get started

Ideal for: Clients who want steady support while building new habits. This plan provides regular check-ins so you can practice new strategies, stay accountable, and build confidence.

  • 1 initial consult + 5 follow-ups (or 6 follow-ups if you already completed your initial consultation)
  • Messaging support between sessions (Monday-Friday during business hours)
  • Accountability and guidance as you build new habits
  • Personalized tools and resources
  • Time to practice, adjust, and build confidence

This plan helps you move from knowing what to do → actually doing it consistently

Ideal for: Clients seeking deeper transformation and long-term support. This plan is perfect if you are seeking structure, accountability, and the time needed to create a meaningful, lasting change.

  • 1 initial consult + 9 follow-ups (or 10 follow-ups if you already completed your initial consultation)
  • Unlimited messaging support (Monday-Friday during business hours)
  • Personalized tools and resources
  • Weekly progress review with adjustments
  • Ongoing accountability, support, and the time needed to see real transformation

This level of support allows us to work through challenges, refine strategies, and create sustainable lifestyle change.
