What to Expect
Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)
Your first session is all about you.
We’ll dive into your current lifestyle, goals, nutrition habits, and challenges so I can fully understand where you’re starting and where you want to go.
- Review your health history, eating patterns, and daily routine
- Talk through your goals (performance, energy, confidence, balance, etc.)
- Identify barriers that may be holding you back
- Create an initial plan with simple, realistic steps you can start using right away
Together, we'll:

Follow-Up Sessions (30–60 minutes)
Follow-ups are where the real progress happens.
These sessions focus on accountability, adjustments, and building confidence so that your plan grows with you.
- Review your wins and challenges since the last session
- Adjust your plan as your needs and goals evolve
- Answer questions, troubleshoot roadblocks, and simplify your routine
- Build new skills (meal planning, fueling for workouts, navigating busy weeks, improving relationship with food, etc.)
