What to Expect

Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

Your first session is all about you.

We’ll dive into your current lifestyle, goals, nutrition habits, and challenges so I can fully understand where you’re starting and where you want to go.

    Together, we'll:

  • Review your health history, eating patterns, and daily routine
  • Talk through your goals (performance, energy, confidence, balance, etc.)
  • Identify barriers that may be holding you back
  • Create an initial plan with simple, realistic steps you can start using right away

You’ll leave with clarity, direction, and a personalized strategy designed specifically for your lifestyle and goals.

Follow-Up Sessions (30–60 minutes)

Follow-ups are where the real progress happens.

These sessions focus on accountability, adjustments, and building confidence so that your plan grows with you.

    Together, we'll:

  • Review your wins and challenges since the last session
  • Adjust your plan as your needs and goals evolve
  • Answer questions, troubleshoot roadblocks, and simplify your routine
  • Build new skills (meal planning, fueling for workouts, navigating busy weeks, improving relationship with food, etc.)

Think of follow-ups as your chance to stay on track, get expert guidance, and keep momentum going—without the overwhelm of doing it alone.

Check-Ins (quick touchpoints) - Only included in Packages

Sometimes, you don’t need a full session—you just need a quick check-in.

    These shorter touchpoints are designed to:

  • Keep you accountable between sessions
  • Celebrate small wins
  • Make minor tweaks so you don’t lose progress
  • Provide encouragement when life gets busy

Check-ins are a great way to stay consistent and supported without having to carve out a full hour.
